Medic Six serves the northeastern portion of Duplin County. They serve the communities of Albertson, Pleasant Grove, and the Duplin County parts of Pink Hill and Mount Olive. Medic Six is stationed at 1794 Red Hill Road, Mount Olive, along with Pleasant Grove Fire and Rescue, who provide Advanced Life Support services on two additional volunteer ambulances.
